Overview
Three permission tiers (boost / speed / nitro) for modular-boat captains. `/ssnitro` for short-burst nitro, `/ss` for adjustable cruise speed multiplier, `/flipship` to right a capsized boat, `/killship` to recall yours. Cooldown bypass for VIPs.
