14-Day Refund Window

We offer a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund within this period.

How To Request A Refund

Email support@shadowkidsstudios.com with:

• The email address used at checkout
• The order number from your Lemon Squeezy receipt
• A short description of the reason (optional)

We respond to refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed by our merchant of record (Lemon Squeezy) and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days from approval.

After A Refund

When a refund is issued, your license to use the purchased plugin terminates and you agree to uninstall the plugin from all servers under your control within 48 hours of the refund being processed.
